I only wanted to order one item, but once I saw the postage cost, I regretted going through the whole process. The shipping ended up being way higher than I expected, and it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

I’ve ordered from pellwall.com a couple of times now and I’m happy with it tbh. The prices seem fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, and the quality was actually better than I expected for the price. Shipping wasn’t exactly speedy, but it wasn’t a big issue either. I’d order again, just would probaly plan a bit ahead if I needed it fast.

I wanted to grab a few samples before committing to a proper order, but loads of the ones I liked weren’t actually available. Bit frustrating, to be honest, because it makes choosing way harder. The site itself was fine enough to use, I just wish there were more sample options

I ordered a few fragrance oils the quality just wasn’t there for me. The scents were weak and some of them smelled a little off, not at all like what I was expecting. I’m usually cautious about trying new oils because you never really know how they’ll turn out, and this kind of confirmed that worry. I don’t think I’d take the chance on ordering from here again

I always check for odd smells or any cloudy weirdness first, maybe because I’ve had that happen with other suppliers before, and these passed that little test right away. The scents felt true to what was listed, which I appreciate. Only reason I’d knock off a star is that one of the bottle caps was a little messy when it arrived, not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Overall though, I’m happy with the purity and would probably order again.

I had to send one item back it was way easier than I expected. They got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up within a few days. No stress or back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely shop with them again.

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the leaks still happened, and I was disappointed. I’m kind of torn because I normally trust their products, but this one just didn’t do the job for me

Getting help with the custom blend was okay overall, but it could’ve been a bit quicker.

By the time it finally arrived, I was already fed up!!! The product might be fine, but the wait really put me off ordering again... definitely not ideal if you need something anytime soon!!

This was just a frustrating experience from start to finish. Everything took way too long, and the whole process felt like dealing with Captain Inconvenience. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely annoying enough that I wouldn’t order again.

One of the bottles had leaked a little, so everything inside had that oily, messy feel to it. The product itself might be okay, but the packaging really needs more care because it made the whole order feel a bit neglected.

Smells a lot like the original. I’m happy with it...
